Payment Plan, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Kenya Travel Packages *

Payment Plan:

$500 down payment is due per person to hold the reservation for your Kenya Travel package.

November 15th, 2024: 50% of the total invoice amount is due

January 15th, 2025: 100% of the balance of the total invoice amount is due.

Kenya Travel Package Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests must be received by MCV Headquarters in writing at Hq@mychosenvessels.com.

There are no exceptions to our policy as MCV has similar cancellation penalties to its vendors.

Replacement or the substitution of travel members are not allowed once registered.

Kenya Travel Package Cancellation Penalty:

If canceled before January 20th, 2025 50% of the paid amount of the registration will be refunded. After January 20th, 2025, no refund can be issued.
