Payment Plan:
$300 down payment is due per person to hold reservation
May 1, 2018: 50% of the total invoice amount is due
June 1, 2018: 100% of the balance of the total invoice amount is due

Cancellation and refund policy: 
Cancellation request must be received by MCV Headquarters in writing at Hq@mychosenvessels.com.
There are no exceptions to our policy as MCV has similar cancellation penalties to its vendors.
Replacement or the substitution of travel members are not allowed once registered.

Cancellation Penalty: 
If cancelled before June 1, 2018, 50% of the paid amount of the registration will be refunded. After June 1, 2018, no refund can be issued.
