Passport & Kenya Entry Requirements *

I understand that each traveler is responsible for obtaining a valid passport and meeting all entry requirements for travel to Kenya.

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and meet all current entry requirements for travel to Kenya. Travelers should confirm that their passport remains valid for the required period beyond their travel dates.

Travelers are also responsible for obtaining the required Kenya Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) prior to departure. We will provide participants with additional travel guidance and important reminders as the trip approaches.

Payment Plan, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Kenya Travel Packages *

Payment Plan:

$500 down payment is due per person to hold the reservation for your Kenya Travel Package. November 15, 2026: 50% of the total invoice amount is due. January 15, 2027: The remaining balance is due in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests must be received by MCV Headquarters in writing at HQ@mychosenvessels.com. There are no exceptions to our policy, as MCV has similar cancellation commitments with our vendors. Replacement or substitution of travelers is not permitted once registered.

Cancellation Penalty:

If canceled before January 10, 2027, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. After January 10, 2027, no refund can be issued.
